In its City Of Novato Proclamation, signed and presented by Novato Mayer Jeanne MacLeamy at the Jan. 22 Installation Luncheon, NCOC’s role was honored. Beginning with the Chamber’s founding leadership “in formation of Novato beginning in 1915,” to today’s crucial “B2B contacts, the foundation of great ideas and lasting partnerships,” the Chamber strives to encourage dialogue and discourse in the matters of governance, business development and quality-of-life issues…as an exercise of free speech and, through it, consensus.
