There would be no Festival of Art, Wine & Music if it were not for the amazing volunteers. Throughout the weekend, it's the 500 volunteers make this community event happen.  From the beer-slingers to the recycle-dumpster guys who squish down the cardboard, ALL of our volunteers are awesome. Most volunteers are coordinated through the Chamber, that sign-up app is usually available in April.


Businesses looking to grow their marketing presence and brand really should consider sponsoring the Festival on some level. Each year, anywhere from 60,000-90,000 people attend the 2-day event;; in addition, we also promote our sponsors in the weeks leading up to the event. Businesses are promoted on our various social media pages/platforms, a number of websites and in print; it all depending on the level of sponsorship that best fits the needs for your organization.

Beverage & Ticket Booths

One specific way businesses can participate is by becoming a Beverage Booth Sponsor. For businesses looking to make a face-to-face connection with the community, this really is the best option.  Meet thousands of potential clients and build your team comradery over the course of the Festival.

Note: all Booth volunteers must be over the age of 21.


Part of a band? Submit demos of your work to our booking committee and you and your group may have the chance to perform for THOUSANDS of people. Band information MUST be submitted before January 31  in order to be considered for the Festival. Band selections and lineups are announced sometime in mid-March.

Interested in helping plan Marin County's largest public festival? Join the committee! The Festival of Art, Wine & Music is not a static entity, the Novato Chamber is always looking for new ways to keep the Festival up-to-date with modern trends, styles and entertainment. Corporate Booth Spaces

Put your business 'out there.' Each year the Festival draws anywhere from 60,000-80,000 attendees to Novato. In the past, nonprofits, local businesses, and even municipal agencies have utilized these spaces.

Roll out a new family recipe, take your restaurant on the matter what your flavor is, we want it at our Festival.

Got a new idea? We are definitely all ears! We welcome new ideas and participation. Just because its never been done, doesn't mean that it can't.

Vendor / Artistan Booths

Showcase and sell your crafts at Marin County's largest public festival. Vendors love the Festival of Art, Wine, and Music because of Grant Avenue is lined with shady trees, the music is at the perfect volume and all of the beverage booths are spread throughout the festival so every space gets great foot-traffic.

Wine & Wineries

#NovatoFAWM boasts anywhere from 35-50 unique labels and varietals of wine each year. Sample local and international flavors.
